I had the opportunity to photograph Matt and Julie Rubiner of Rubiners Cheesemongers in Great Barrington, MA for the High Summer issue of The B Magazine! Together with writer Ann Wolkwein, we took great pleasure in exploring their magical world of cheese. I hope you enjoy these images as much as I enjoyed creating them.
Fresh new work in The New York Times! 📰
The New York Times recently published “The 25 Best Restaurants in Boston Right Now” and I was fortunate enough to land an assignment to photograph four of them. Below are some of the images that made it into the NYT as well as some outtakes that didn't make it. I had the best time photographing this assignment and wow, what an honor to see my byline in the paper! I hope you enjoy these images.
Fresh new work in the Spring Issue of Edible Boston 🥯
Today I’m sharing some new work that is out in the spring issue of Edible Boston magazine. I had the privilege of shooting the cover image as part of a bagel feature assignment. Below are a few images that I shot of the wildly popular bagel pop-up, Brick Street Bagels. Enjoy! 🥯
Fresh new work from O Ya 🍣
The upcoming holiday season has me looking forward to dining in cozy restaurants like this one that I photographed for the September issue of Boston Magazine.
It was such a pleasure photographing O Ya and their beautiful menu of expertly crafted dishes like: kombu-cured mackerel nigiri, wagyu dumplings and cooked custard with caviar. I hope that you enjoy these images and that you too have the opportunity to experience O Ya one day.
Happy November!
Linda
P. S. I'm off to Japan for a couple of weeks in November. I can't wait to share my journey through Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka soon! If you have an assignment in mind, feel free to reach out.
Olive magic 🫒
Earlier this summer I met up with the very talented food stylist, Joy Howard, for a personal shoot at her house in Western Massachusetts. After deciding on an olive theme, a mood board was pulled together and we went to work. Inspired by the vibrant and colorful packaging of these snacking olives, we gravitated towards surfaces and props that complimented the brand colors and that harmonized with the olive dishes and drinks. We had so much fun creating these images, and I hope that they brighten your day.
Cheers!

Seafood Summer
Nothing says summer in New England like a seafood boiI! My team and I had so much fun photographing PrimeFish Seafood Co.’s Signature Boxes at their headquarters in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Their sustainably-sourced kits deliver fresh seafood with every ingredient needed to create a special meal to share with friends. There’s nothing better than collaborating with a team of like-minded creatives like we had on this shoot. Thank you to the founder, Jake Dellagrotta, our food stylist, Chantal Lambeth and and my assistant, Emily Walls for making this shoot a success!
I hope that these images get you excited for summer entertaining and seafood boils with your favorite people.
Happy summer!

A sweet photo shoot: Valentine’s Day cupcakes with Weesh Bakeshop
Inspired by The Beautiful Baked Goods Issue of Cherry Bombe Magazine, and an urge to collaborate with bakers in my community, I spent an afternoon photographing the owner of Weesh Bake Shop in Roslindale, MA. Elyse bakes up colorful, whimsical cakes, cupcakes, weeshtarts and we had the best time collaborating on this shoot. With Valentines day around the corner, we decided to focus on funfetti cupcakes with lots of fun frosting designs in our favorite shades of pink. I hope that you enjoy these images!
Cheers,
Linda
